conferences.

It is my purpose to integrate, synthesize and relate highly complex and apparently distant themes, to find new and affordable perspectives of analysis and decision.

As a lecturer, speaker or rapporteur, I address the various topics related to my lines of research.

In my conferences there are always unbeatable opportunities for exchange and interdisciplinary debate with colleagues and students from other areas of knowledge.

When I speak to an audience, I choose my words to be precise in describing the purpose, function, and rationale of my research, but I also choose my expressions in ways that are expansive and provocative, encouraging listeners to do Pause and think about the implications and potential impact of what is being proposed.

To date, I have presented, discussed and taught Law before various audiences: students, university teachers and researchers, magistrates, legislators and the general public.

Cumulative Crimes: What if we all did them?

There are individual behaviors that, considered in isolation, lack any offensive power, but that, if imitated or repeated, affect the essential interests of society.

The research topic on this class of guilty offenses arises from the ecological crisis but extending it to the entire theory of penal imputation and administrative sanctions. Its different notions, the adjacent and juxtaposed themes, its criticisms and defenses and a personal proposal to conceive it as a case structurally similar to the abuse of rights.

Towards an authentic comprehensive system of Criminal Law

With the purpose of a genuine integration and from a constructivist perspective, a review of the relationships usually predicated between criminal law and criminal procedural law is proposed.

As a thesis, it is stated that the distinction between criminal law and criminal procedural law is merely pedagogical, since in the constructive transition from the most general and abstract planes (law), to the most concrete and particular planes (sentence), it is many sometimes impossible, inadequate and inadvisable, in the construction of the decision of the intersubjective conflict, to separate the static dimension (Criminal Law) from the dynamic dimension (Criminal Procedure Law).

Transparency in the financing system of political parties in Argentina.

Within the framework of the conflict of interest in the self-regulation of political financing, enormous material resources are required that must be collected and applied lawfully. Transparency and public information on party political financing are demands of the constitutional state of law. Its technical possibilities and political limitations related to its due control constitute an object of study that must also be observed from a legal perspective.

«Repressive Electoral Legal System». Comprehensive analysis of crimes and electoral offenses in the Argentine legal system

In the defense of the doctoral thesis, the central aspects of my research are summarized, which aims to lay the foundations for a comprehensive theorization regarding crimes and electoral offenses in the Argentine legal system, guided by the urgent need for systematization, ordering and criticism of the repressive aspects in terms of political crime, still analyzed isolated and tangentially by the local legal doctrine.

After this purpose, the general concepts and categories are suggested with which it is convenient to approach the punitive and sanctioning matter related to democratic participation and its anchors, the binomial «system of political parties/election». The description and explanation of this conceptual difference concentrates the object of the research and, at the same time, marks its structure, codification and methodology.
