Faculty of Law and Social Sciences – Universidad Nacional del Litoral

The Universidad Nacional del Litoral is one of the most important and reference study centers in the Argentine Republic, in whose classrooms men and women main characters of the institutional history of the nation and the continent were trained. Emerged from the reformist movement that in 1918 proclaimed to the country and to all of Latin America its ideas of a free and open university community, state-owned and politically autonomous.

Since 2009 I have been an Associate Professor of Criminal Law – General Part of the Legal Profession career and a permanent professor of the Postgraduate careers Master’s Degree in Criminal Law, Specialization in Criminal Law, Specialization in Criminal Procedure Law and Specialization in Environmental Law and Guardianship of the Cultural Heritage, all from the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (FCJS-UNL). As a Categorized Research Professor, I integrate various research projects of the Action Course for Research and Development (CAI+D) program.

Judicial Branch of the Argentine Republic.

Since 2012, I have worked as a Federal Judge with criminal and electoral jurisdiction in the city of Paraná – Province of Entre Ríos, Argentine Republic, a seat I earned through a background check and opposition, being appointed by the President of the Argentine Republic, confirmed by the Senate legislative body.
